By purchasing products or services from Tee to Green Golf Experiences Inc. (“Tee to Green”, “we”, or “us”), each customer (“Customer” or “you”) hereby accepts the following terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) and agrees that they supersede any other terms from Customer and apply to every transaction with Customer unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Tee to Green. No amendments to the Terms may be made unless agreed to in writing by Tee to Green.
Change to Reservation
If you wish to make any change to a reservation after receiving confirmation of booking, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to the following conditions:
- If changes are requested at least forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date, an administration fee of $50 will apply to each individual booking.
- If changes are requested between fifteen (15) and forty-four (44) days prior to the arrival date, an administration fee of $100 will apply to each individual booking.
- If changes are requested less than fifteen (15) days prior to the arrival date, an administration fee of $200 will apply to each individual booking.
Any non-refundable charges by hotels, golf courses, ground handlers or affiliated companies must be paid by Customer.
Cancellation Charges
Notice of cancellation of any Tee to Green package must be provided to us in writing by Customer stating the reasons for cancellation. If cancellation by one or more members of your group alters the room occupancy or tee times of the remaining group members, those members still travelling will be required to pay any revised golfing or accommodation charges.
Any processing fees incurred by Tee to Green for credit card transactions will be withheld from any applicable refund to each Customer.
The Terms above are Tee to Green’s general conditions, however, they may differ depending on the suppliers’ specific cancellation policies. If such cancellation policies differ from the Terms above, Tee to Green will outline them in our proposal.
Golf Package Costs
The currencies in which our tour packages are quoted are specifically identified. Unless otherwise specified, all prices are quoted per person with single, double, twin, quad or other occupancy specifically identified. Prices are based on costs and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change due to changes in exchange rates, government tax increases, changes to currency exchange rates or other factors beyond our control. Tee to Green will endeavor to inform you of any such price increase at least two (2) weeks prior to departure.
Travel Documents and Information
Tee to Green will deliver all necessary travel documents and vouchers to you approximately two (2) weeks prior to departure. Additional background information concerning the area being visited, the features of our selected hotels, local currency, regulations and customs, distances from hotels to golf courses, starting times, entertainment, dining, etc. for packages outside of North America will also be provided at that time.
Unused Services
No refunds, rainchecks or adjustments will be provided for unused vacation features or travel services.
Accommodation and Services
Tee to Green shall not be responsible if any services, bonus features or facilities described in our materials provided, cease to be available or are not working. Hotels may alter or curtail some facilities without notice, usually for improvement or ongoing maintenance purposes. Use of recreation facilities and equipment is subject to availability.
Responsibility
Tee to Green acts only as agent for the hotels, golf facilities or owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other services (“Suppliers”), and all coupons, exchange orders and contracts issued by Tee to Green are subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation, or any other services whatsoever are provided by such Suppliers and, by the acceptance of such coupons, exchange orders, receipts and contracts, each Customer agrees to the foregoing and also agree that Tee to Green shall not be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly, from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery and equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays or cancellations of or changes in itineraries or schedules or from causes beyond Tee to Green’s control, or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas, or other documents, and that Tee to Green shall not be or become liable or responsible for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by Customers as a result of any of the foregoing causes.
Destination Environment
Living standards and practices at foreign destinations may differ from those found in Canada, as may the standards and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation.
